Shipping costs are covered by us on New Zealand orders.
Where available, all non-rural orders are sent via NZ Couriers overnight service.
Please allow extra time for rural deliveries.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination. Please allow 3-10 working days.

If in the rare instance your ordered item is not in stock, we will let you know and advise an alternative shipping time.


We understand that purchasing specialised equipment can be a daunting task.
Should your ordered item not suit your requirements or if you have ordered an incorrect product it may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 7 days. To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused, in original packaging and in a pre-sale condition.

If you feel you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for resolution.
Return postage will be arranged and covered by Bell Precision should an incorrect or defective item be dispatched.


All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of GST.
GST does not apply to sale of goods to destinations outside New Zealand.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the order will comply with any import requirements in the destination country, and pay for any customs, duty and import charges.
